Our online store invites you to buy Goods from us. You have the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors before you place your order with us. When payment has been received in full from you then, a legally binding contract with you will only arise with www.energysaversforyou.co.uk trading as Energy Savers For You which is part of Merit Blinds. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you must notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause set out below?

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be paid by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause above will not apply in the following circumstances if: -

(a) The product has been used or
(b) In the case of audio or visual products or software the packaging has been unsealed.

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

This Website is normally available 24 hours a day; we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Or Access to this Website has been suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Warranty

Each product comes with a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any defect caused by improper use, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as the natural deterioration of materials and changes in colour that take place over time.
